Section 4
Capital Share Shareholders
: (1) The authorized capital of the committee shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Government of Nepal will take at least 51 percent of the total capital of the committee and a maximum of twenty five percent of the shares will be sold to the employees of the committee as specified. The remaining shares will be sold to the general public. The shares purchased by the employee will not be allowed to be sold as long as he remains in the service of the committee.
(3) Each share shall be indivisible (4) In general, any person or company other than the employees of the committee may be restricted from giving more than the specified percentage of shares.
(5) Liability of shareholders of the committee shall be limited.
